How do we collect personal data?

- When you register or attend meetings or events that we host or with which we are involved

CCTV at our offices may collect images of visitors. This is automatically overwritten within 90 days.
Food allergy and access information in respect of visitors to our offices or events.
What will we use your information for?
- Providing our services to you including provision of advice to existing clients, responding to queries, processing your registration for an event.
- Sending you information about what we do and what is happening in the industry which we feel may be relevant and of interest to you. Should you wish to stop receiving information from us you can click on the unsubscribe link which can be found on the bottom of all marketing email communications.
- Carrying out identification checks where we are legally required to verify the identity of clients
In most cases we process your personal data for the purpose of pursuing our legitimate interests as a business. These legitimate interests include delivering services to our clients and direct marketing. We may also process personal data to perform our contractual obligations.
Do we share personal data with third parties?
From time to time we may share personal data with any affiliated businesses and with third-party service providers acting on Pension Fusion’s behalf. These may include:
- Our professional advisers including lawyers, auditors and insurers

- Event partners so that they can contact you about an event that you’ve registered for
